Recoil Starter Suits Honda GX 5.5HP With Special ('L' Shaped) Steel Pawls

This is essentially a new style Recoil starter with special ('L' shaped) steel pawls, to replace the older style with plastic tabs (because they break easily). It has special ('L' shaped) steel pawls that lock into the cup where the plastic one normally would. The new style is more common now than the recoil starter with the plastic pawls are, because they're better quality and therefore last longer.
