Shipping policy

All orders are processed daily Monday-Friday. Usually ships within 1-2 days from New Zealand. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the following week day. Order before 3pm for same day dispatch on week days.

Waiheke Island & Great Barrier Island are both classed as Rural Locations shipping rates for these locations are as follows:

0-5kg = $20

6-30kg = $40

Chatham Islands are classed as a Rural Location shipping rates are as follows:

0-5kg = $25

6-30kg = $50

 

After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Tracking notifications will be sent for your convenience via our shipping courier providers. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@sprayshop.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

International Shipping: Some products are eligible for shipping to Australia. For further information and a freight quotation, please contact us with your enquiry. 

Any Free Delivery Promotion offered to the buyer, includes items able to be couriered to the buyer, must weigh between 0-25kg's this offer does NOT include heavy items which require transport delivery, items over 25kgs.
