Do you ship throughout New Zealand?

Yes we ship nationwide.

What are your shipping time and costs?

We aim to dispatch all orders same day on orders placed before 3pm, typically allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

Are your prices excluding GST?

Yes Our Prices are excluding GST.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, but can deliver to offices, work, home and rural addresses. If you are sending your parcel to a rural address and your parcel is classified as a DG item. Please ensure your rural driver has his/her DG License. In the case that your driver doesn’t have a DG license, you may be required to collect your parcel from a local courier depot.

Courier orders can be left at an address with your permission. If you are happy to do this, please let us know in the comments section.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can either reply to your order confirmation email or call us on 09 974 7516 or 03 974 1524 at any point if you would like an update on your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship New Zealand wide. If you are based in Australia and wish to purchase from us. Please get in contact with us, we’re happy to discuss shipping options to you. Delivery fees will apply. Certain products may not be eligible for shipping to Australia.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure online payment portal. If you wish to pay via Bank Transfer, please contact us on 03 974 1524 or 09 974 7516. We also accept express checkout payments like Shop Pay or Google Pay.
