Where are you based?

Our primary operational hub is located north of Auckland and includes our dedicated retail store and substantial bulk storage facility. We also maintain a key regional office located in Christchurch to support our South Island customers and operations.

Can you help me choose the right sprayer?

Do you only sell to farmers and contractors?

No - we supply anyone needing spray gear or agri-chemicals, from large-scale operators to lifestyle block owners.

Do you offer sprayer calibration or servicing?

Yes — we calibrate and service all types of sprayers to ensure accurate and efficient performance.

How can I check the status of my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to New Zealand and Australia.
Certain products may not be eligible for shipping to Australia.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure online payment portal. If you wish to pay via Bank Transfer, please contact us on 03 974 1524 or 09 974 7516. We also accept express checkout payments like Shop Pay or Google Pay.

Do you stock spare parts?

Yes - we carry a wide range of genuine parts for most major sprayer brands and can order in anything specific.

Do you build custom sprayers?

Can anyone buy chemicals from you?

Some products are restricted and require an approved handler certificate, but most general-use products are available to all customers.

Do you sell in bulk quantities?

What if a product I want is out of stock?

How do I find Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Label Rates?

Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels, including application rates, are available for all chemical products. You can find these documents in the Confidence Hub section of our website.
