Refund policy

• Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items.
• Your purchased product must return to us in a new un-used condition - labels on and in its original fully-sealed packaging. accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 14 days from when you request an exchange.
• We are not able to refund or exchange items (but are not limited to) safety protection products such as respirators, face masks, coveralls, spray suits, spray goggles etc, and electrical items for example, 12V wiring looms, digital flow meters, 12V plugs, GPS, Rate Controllers, and 12V spray pump components, 12V batteries and chargers etc, and specially procured to order items.
• We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs.
• Cancelled orders or returned goods may attract a 10% restocking fee

If your product develops a fault within the manufacturer warranty period, contact us directly with your proof of purchase.

If the returned product is still under warranty, the repair will be at the seller's expense. If the product is out of warranty, then the Seller can still have the product repaired, however the cost of the repair will be charged to the customer unless the product is faulty or otherwise defective.

Please note that Shipping will not be refunded for change of mind returns. Shipping the product to Sprayshop or the seller for repair will be at the customers' expense.
