Replacement Microswitch Suits 12 Volt Shurflo Delavan And Powerflo Pressure Switches

Replaceable internal 3 terminal microswitch, which fits the external pressure switch housing in most standard 12-volt on demand diaphragm pumps, such as Shurflo, Delavan, Powerflo, Silvan, and Fimco Pumps.
Replacement Details:
- The Switch Type: Standard replacements are typically 3-terminal, 15-amp microswitches (CAUTION: Connect the outer two terminals ONLY)
Compatible 12 Volt Pump Brands & Models:
- Shurflo: Standard RV and agricultural demand pumps (such as the classic 2088 and 4008 series) commonly feature a serviceable pressure switch housing where the internal microswitch can be swapped out.
- Delavan: Most of their standard 12-volt demand diaphragm pumps use a modular pressure switch assembly that accepts standard replacement microswitches. - Powerflo & Silvan: Agricultural spot-spraying and transfer pumps utilize identical microswitch-based pressure shut-off logic.
- Seaflo & Fimco: Many generic or branded 12V RV/marine and agricultural pumps copy the Shurflo style switch design, allowing for component-level repairs.
- Calabration: The pressure can be calabrated with an allen key.
- NOTE: When adjusting the replacement pressure switch after fitting the new micro switch, DO NOT increase the pressure rating by more than 5 psi over the pump’s original stock rating, to prevent damage to your pump.
