Fyfanon 440EW is a Broad-Spectrum Organophosphate Insecticide Formulated for the Control of a Wide Range of Insect Pests across Fruit, Vegetable, Field, and Pasture Crops, as well as Stored Grain and Animal Housing. Registered for use on Apples, Pears, Stone Fruit, Citrus, Cucurbits, Tomatoes, Strawberries, Blueberries, Rubus, Rice, Lucerne, Pastures, and more, it targets Pests such as Fruit Fly, Aphids, Leaf Hoppers, Codling Moth, Red Spider Mite, Thrips, Crickets, Armyworm, and Stored Grain Insects.

Fruit Fly:
Fyfanon is intended as part of an Integrated Fruit-Fly Management Program, alongside Monitoring, Trapping, Baiting, other Registered Insecticides and Orchard Hygiene.
For Fruit-Tree Baiting, the Label Specifies:
- 700 mL/100 L Fyfanon.
- Plus a Suitable Protein Bait.
- Apply as Low-Pressure Coarse Foliar, Strip or Spot Spray.
- Do Not apply directly to Fruit.
- Do Not spray while Bees are Foraging.
- Weekly Applications from 6 Weeks before Harvest to 2 Weeks after Harvest.
Withholding Periods:
- Cereal, Rice, Lucerne & Pasture: 1 Day.
- Canola: 3 Days.
- Fruit & Vegetables: 3 Days.
- Cucumbers: 1 Day.
- Stored Grain: specific Malathion residue requirements Apply.

- Very Toxic to Aquatic Life — keep out of Waterways and wetlands.
Toxic to Bees:
- Do not Apply from the Onset of Flowering until flowering is complete.
- Prevent Drift onto Flowering Weeds/Crops.
- Notify Beekeepers where Managed Hives could be Affected.
- Do Not Apply when Wind Speed is Outside 3–20 km/h or During Hazardous Temperature Inversions.
Resistance Management:
- Fyfanon is Group 1B. Repeated use of Group 1B Insecticides can Select Resistant Insect Populations, potentially Reducing Control.
- The Label recommends following Resistance-Management Strategies and Not relying on Repeated Applications of the Same Group.
