Active Ingredient:
Contains 100g/litre Pinoxaden in the form of an Emulsifiable Concentrate.
Also contains 25g/litre Cloquintocet-mexyl and 208g/litre Hydrocarbon Liquids.
What It Controls:
This product is designed specifically to control Grass Weeds in Cereal Crops.
Used In:
- Wheat.
- Barley.
Controls:
- Annual Ryegrass.
- Wild Oats.
- Canary Grasses (e.g. Lesser & Gnawed).
Application Basics:
Rate:
~300 mL/ha (Ryegrass/Canary Grass).
~250 mL/ha (Wild Oats).
~Result® Spraying Oil required.
Water Volume:
- Minimum 200 L/ha.
Timing:
- Apply when weeds are young (3-leaf to early stem stage).
- Don’t apply after crop growth stage GS32.
How It Works:
- Absorbed through Leaves and moves within the Plant.
Symptoms:
- Yellowing within ~3 weeks.
- Full control in ~3–6 weeks.
Key Safety Hazards:(This is a Hazardous Agrichemical).
- Harmful if swallowed or inhaled.
- Causes skin & eye irritation.
- May affect fertility/unborn child.
- Toxic to aquatic life (long-lasting).
Requires:
- PPE (gloves, eye protection, etc.)
- Care to avoid spray drift and waterways.
Important Restrictions:
- Don’t spray if rain is expected within 1 hour.
Avoid Spraying In:
- Strong wind (>20 km/h) or very low wind.
- Ground application only (no aerial or air-blast).
- Only one application per season (Group A resistance management).
Environmental Precautions:
- Very toxic to aquatic environments.
- Avoid runoff and spray drift.
- Do not apply directly to water.
Withholding Periods:
- Grain: 70 days.
- Forage: 42 days.
