All Purecab carbon filters will need to be replaced or reconditioned, on a regular bases (we recommend every 12 months) or when you notice the carbon beads turning brown.
Is it time to recharge your filter?
Recharging your filters is better for the environment, and can save costs by not buying new filters each time.
An activated carbon air filter should be replaced every 12 months or 400 hours, whichever comes sooner. We believe that prioritizing your health should not be an expensive exercise.
Our filters have been designed to be reused multiple times and over many years.
Express Recharge service is performed in New Zealand.

Returns and Exchanges

- Easy and complimentary, within 14 days

- Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items.

- Your purchased product must return to us in a new un-used condition - labels on and in its original fully-sealed packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items (but are not limited to) safety protection products such as respirators etc and electrical items.

- We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs.

- Cancelled orders or returned goods may attract a 10% restocking fee
