Phos600™ Plant Nutrient 1000L/ 1650kg (NDG)
PHOS61000
Active Ingredient:
600 g/litre Phosphorous Acid as the mono and di potassium salts in the form of a soluble concentrate.
Product Overview:
- Type: Fungicide + fertiliser (phosphonate).
- Strength: Higher concentration than typical 400 g/L products.
How It Works:
- Systemic movement → travels via xylem & phloem.
Provides:
- Protectant action (prevents infection).
- Curative action (suppresses early infection).
Targets:
- Phytophthora.
- Pythium.
- Downy Mildews.
Key Differences:(Important)
Compared to Phos400 / Phostemic, Phos600 = Higher Strength (600 g/L vs 400 g/L).
→ Requires lower rates per hectare or per 100 L.
→ More cost-efficient per unit active.
Rule Of Thumb:
- 600 g/L product ≈ ⅔ the rate of a 400 g/L product.
General Use Guidance: (Label Intent)
(Full rate tables weren’t visible, but standard Phosphonate use applies)
Use:
- Foliar Spray (to runoff).
- Soil Drench.
- Trunk Injection (Woody Crops).
Best Results:
- Preventative or early infection.
- Repeat applications in disease pressure.
Application Guide.

Practical Takeaways:
- Same mode of action (Group 33) as other phosphonates.
- Main Advantage = Concentration.
Best used as part of a repeat programme in high disease pressure systems (e.g. avocados, veg).
Note: Not registered as a fungicide.
Caution:
Must be used strictly according to label directions.
