HUSTLER'S Fresh Water Flushing Tanks are designed for Boom and Linkage Sprayers to simplify the cleaning of Chemical Residues from your Pump, Lines, and Booms.
Available in 100-litre capacity they allow operators to thoroughly flush the system in the field without returning to the yard.

- In-Field Cleaning: Safely flushes the chemical circuit while out in the paddock, preventing chemical residue from drying and hardening, which protects lines and prevents cross-contamination between different Herbicides or Fertilizers.
- Seamless Operation: Designed to work alongside other built-in features, such as the Mix Max agitation system and the Ergomax chemical induction hopper.
- Capacity Variations:100L Tank Typically paired with smaller to mid-sized linkage sprayers like the Katipo 680 and 890 or the Applic8r LX890 and LX1150.
- 150L Tank: Standard on larger sprayers like the Fox Linkage Boom Sprayers.
- Operator Safety: Built alongside an integrated fresh water hand-washing tank to keep the operator safe when handling chemicals.
TYPICAL FLUSHING PROCEDURE:
1 Empty your main sprayer tank as completely as possible in the field.
2 Divert the system valves to pull water from the flush tank instead of the main tank.
3 Run the Pump and flush the Clean Water through the Boom Lines and Nozzles, ensuring any remaining Chemical Mix is Diluted and Sprayed out over the target area (always observe Chemical Labels and Environmental Safety Regulations).
4 Clean the Inline Filters and Nozzle Bodies while the system is free of Hazardous Chemicals.
