How It Works:
- Taken up by germinating Shoots and Roots of Weeds.

- Split applications in Onions/Turf situations.
- Lower repeat rates may be used.
- Rates depend on Weed size, Crop tolerance, Soil conditions, and timing.

- Approximately 40 mL per 100 m².
- Applied in 4–5 L water for Ryegrass Turf situations.
Where It Fits Best:
- Ryegrass Turf Management (Sports Fields, Lawns).
- Beet Crops (Pre/Post Emergence programs).
- Pasture Situations targeting Barley Grass.
Strengths:
- Selective (safe on Ryegrass when used correctly).
- Dual action (pre + early post).
- Good for Annual Grass Weed prevention.
Limitations / Cautions:
- Less effective on Established/Mature Weeds.
- Requires Soil moisture for Pre-emergence activity.
- Can stress some Turf types (e.g. Fescues if misused).
Hazard Classification:
- Toxic to aquatic life – avoid runoff into Waterways.
- Regulatory (NZ).
- Registered under ACVM.
- HSNO Approved.
- Herbicide Group 12 (Ethofumesate).
Simple Takeaways:
