Bestseller 100EC is a quick acting synthetic pyrethroid insecticide which works through contact activity and ingestion.
It is not systemic, Thorough plant coverage is essential.
Active ingredient:
100g/litre alpha-cypermethrin EC.
Crops used in:
- Maize.
- Pasture.
- Sweetcorn.
- Brassicas.
- Onions.
- Tomatoes.
What it controls: (Typical pests).
- Caterpillars.
- Aphids.
- Thrips.
- Beetles.
- General chewing & sucking insects.
Chemical rates: Crop spraying (general guidance).
Rates vary by pest/crop, but typically ~50 – 200 ml/ha (standard pyrethroid range).
Applied At first sign of pest pressure, often repeated in short intervals depending on pressure.
Industrial / Public Health:
Use 5 – 10 mL per litre of water, apply at 1L spray per 20 m².
