Spot Spraying: (Knapsack).
Typically 10–20 mL per litre for general Weeds Higher rates for Woody Weeds like Gorse and Blackberry.
Boom Spraying:
- Roughly 1–6 L per Hectare depending on target Weeds.
Key idea:
- Light Weeds → lower rate.
- Woody/established Weeds → higher rate.
When To Spray: (CRITICAL).
Best Timing:
When Weeds are actively growing and there is good leaf area for uptake.
For Brushweeds:
- Spray during spring to autumn growth periods.
Avoid:
- Drought stress.
- Frost.
- Extreme heat.
Residual Activity: (IMPORTANT).
- Because of Picloram & Aminopyralid this product has soil residual activity and can stay active in soil for months.
Can Affect:
- New plantings.
- Sensitive Crops later.
- This is a major difference from products like glyphosate.
Spray Drift Warning:
- High-risk product for off-target damage.

- Works systemically → takes time.
- Using too low a rate on Woody Weeds leads to regrowth.
- Replanting too soon.
- Residual Herbicide can kill new Plants.
Bottom Line:
- Powerful selective Brushweed Herbicide.
- Works on tough, Woody, deep-rooted Weeds.
- Grass-safe (generally) but kills most Broadleaf Plants.
- Has long soil residual.
- Requires careful handling and placement.
Caution:
Must be used strictly according to label directions.
