PRODUCT INFORMATION
Spraysmart Red Marker Dye is a temporary red pattern indicator for use in many agricultural, turf and industrial applications. The bright red colour shows you exactly where liquid pesticides and fertilisers have been applied. It helps to prevent skips and overlaps, and aids in detecting spray drift.
What It Does: A temporary red spray-pattern marker for agricultural, turf and industrial spraying. Makes it easy to see where pesticide or fertiliser has been applied, helping prevent missed strips and overlaps and helping identify spray drift.
Designed to show particularly well against green vegetation.
Active Ingredients: Contains Rhodamine Derivative. Rhodamine B dye (10-30%) and Diethylene Glycol (540%).
Rate:
The label gives a starting rate of 30 mL per 100 L of spray mix.
Spray Volume Starting Dye Rate 100 L 30 mL 200 L 60 mL 500 L 150 mL 1,000 L 300 mL The rate can be increased or decreased depending on how dark you want the colour and how long you need it visible. Higher rates = darker spray pattern.
Mixing:
- Part-fill the spray tank.
- Add your pesticide or foliar fertiliser.
- Add the Red Marker Dye .
- Agitate while adding the remaining water.
Mixing Procedure:
Add the desired amount of Spraysmart Red Marker Dye directly into the partly filled spray tank after the pesticide or foliar fertiliser has been added. Agitate while filling with the remaining amount of water to ensure the Spraysmart Red Marker Dye is completely dispersed.
The label says it is compatible with most pesticides and foliar fertilisers, but recommends a small trial with new combinations.

- Harmful if swallowed.
- Serious eye irritant.
- May cause organ damage from prolonged/repeated exposure.
- Harmful to aquatic environments with long-lasting effects.
- Wear overalls, boots, gloves and eye protection, and don't allow it to enter waterways.
Cleaning:
After spraying, flush the spray equipment and lines thoroughly with clean water. . All sprayers must be thoroughly rinsed after use.
