PRODUCT INFORMATION
Tramino® is a selective Herbicide for controlling Annual and Perennial Broadleaf Weeds in Pasture, Forage Brassicas and Forage. Tramino® is a Post-Emergence Herbicide that controls the entire plant, including the roots, and offers soil residual activity to extend control. Tramino® also provides Pre-emergence Weed Control on many susceptible Weeds, including some that are not susceptible to foliar applications.
Active Ingredient:
30g/litre Aminopyralid as the Triisopropylamine Salt in the form of a Soluable Concentrate.
What It Controls.
Common Targets Include:
- Thistles (incl. Californian Thistle).
- Ragwort.
- Giant Buttercup.
- Docks.
- Cape Weed.
Best Results When Weeds Are:
- Small and actively growing.
- Sprayed before flowering.
Application Basics.
- Rate: up to 2 L/ha (max).
- Mix: Always add Results® Spraying Oil at 1 L/ha.
Water Volume:
- Ground: ~100–200 L/ha.
- Aerial: ≥60 L/ha.
- Ensure full coverage of Weeds.
- Rainfast: avoid spraying if rain within 1 hour.
Key Restrictions & Cautions.
- Do NOT use on Lawns/Turf.
- Avoid spray drift onto sensitive Crops.
- Very toxic to soil and aquatic environments.
- Residues can damage future Crops (especially Legumes).
Crop Rotation Restrictions. (IMPORTANT).
After Spraying:
- Clovers/legumes, wait 6–12 months depending on rate.
- Sensitive crops (Veg, Lucerne, etc).
- Require long intervals + CAUTION.
- Grasses, Cereals, Maize can usually be sown any time.
Grazing & Withholding.
Don’t Graze:
- Milking Animals: within 3 days.
- General Grazing: wait ~7 days (Brassicas/Plantain).
- Don’t cut for Feed (Hay/Silage) for 12 weeks.
- Manure from treated Pasture can damage Crops for up to 12 weeks.
Spray Equipment Cleanup.
- Must clean thoroughly with alkaline detergent.
- Even small residues can harm sensitive Crops.

- Causes serious eye damage.
- Wear full PPE when handling.
- Keep away from waterways and food/feed.
