Returns and Exchanges

- Easy and complimentary, within 14 days

- Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items.

- Your purchased product must return to us in a new un-used condition - labels on and in its original fully-sealed packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items (but are not limited to) safety protection products such as respirators etc and electrical items.

- We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs.
