Citara 200EW Fungicide 1L - Controls Powdery Mildew & Blackspot

Citara 200EW is a systemic fungicide for the control of powdery mildew in grapes, curcurbits, peas and apples, and blackspot in apples and pears.
Active Ingredient:
Contains 200g/litre penconazole in the form of an oil in water emulsion.
Used in:
- Grapes.
- Cucurbits.
- Peas.
- Apples & Pears.
Key Point:
Stronger than protectants — but not a true “rescue” spray.
What it controls: (Main targets).
- Powdery mildew (all listed crops).
- Black spot (apples/pears).
This is a specialist mildew fungicide.
Chemical Rates: (from label)
- Peas 125–175 ml/ha, timing preventative or first sign of disease usually single application.
- Grapes / Pipfruit / Cucurbits, typically ~10 – 20 ml/100L water, or ~0.1 – 0.2 L/ha equivalent, applied as dilute spray to full coverage, spray intervals 14–21 days between applications, under high pressure use shorter interval (14 days), maximum applications up to 4 sprays per season.
Important Avoid overuse → resistance risk.
Withholding Periods:
- Cucurbits: 3 days.
- Peas: 14 days.
- Grapes: 28 days.
- Apples/pears: 35 days.
