SpraySmart Blue Marker Dye 3 X 20 Litres (NDG)

Spraysmart Blue Marker Dye is a non-toxic temporary blue pattern indicator for use in many agricultural, turf and industrial applications. The bright blue colour shows you exactly where liquid pesticides and fertilisers have been applied. It helps to prevent skips and overlaps, and aids in detecting spray drift.

What It Is:

Rate:
Suggested starting rate: 300 mL per 100 L of spray mix.
You can adjust the rate depending on how dark you want the colour, the terrain, and how long you need the colour to remain visible. Higher rates produce a darker spray pattern.
For Example:
- 100 L water → 300 mL dye
- 200 L → 600 mL
- 500 L → 1.5 L
- 1,000 L → 3 L
Mixing Procedure:
Add the desired amount of Spraysmart Blue Marker Dye directly into he partly filled spray tank after the pesticide or foliar fertiliser has been added. Agitate while filling with the remaining amount of water to ensure the Spraysmart Blue Marker Dye is completely dispersed.
Mixing:
- Part-fill the spray tank.
- Add your pesticide or foliar fertiliser.
- Add the Spraysmart Blue Marker Dye. - Agitate while filling the rest of the tank with water.
- Keep the mixture well dispersed.
The label says it is compatible with most pesticides and foliar fertilisers, but recommends a small trial when using a new mixture.
Safety & Environmental Points:
- Do not apply into or onto water.
- Avoid contamination of waterways and water supplies.
- Wear overalls, boots, gloves and eye protection when mixing/applying.
- Avoid inhaling spray mist and contact with skin/eyes.
- Store tightly closed in a cool, dry, ventilated place away from food, fertiliser and seed.
After Spraying:
- Flush the spray tank, lines and equipment thoroughly with clean water after use.
