Captan Fungicide 900WG 10kg

Captan 900WG is a protectant fungicide for the control of certain diseases of vineyards, fruit crops, vegetables, ornamentals and turf. Captan protects against the likelihood of many invading fungi on the leaf surface, so complete spray coverage and application made prior to disease development are all important.
Active Ingredient:
900g/kg Captan in the form of a water dispersible granule.
What it controls: (Typical diseases)
- Black spot (apple/pear).
- Brown rot (stonefruit).
- Botrytis (grey mould).
- Downy mildew.
- Leaf spots / blights.
Chemical Rates:
- Stonefruit (e.g. peaches, nectarines), 110 g per 100 L water, Timing Pink bud → bloom → petal fall → pre-harvest. Max 5 applications per season.
- Strawberries, 110 g / 100 L (Botrytis, fruit rot), 180 g / 100 L (more severe diseases), Spray Every ~10 days from flowering.
- Turf 90 – 135 g per 100 m², In 25–50 L water, Interval Every 5–6 weeks (preventative).
- Seedlings / Nursery Crops, 110 g / 100 L Apply Weekly–fortnightly under disease pressure.
Application notes (important) Apply to Point of runoff.
